Last month, I wrote I was curious to see how May's record amount of contracts and June's dip in contract would effect July's sales. As we can see, June's dip in contracts did not slow down the number of sales in July. This month, we have a high number of contracts again. So, we should see strong sales through August and potentially September.
Also of note, we have now passed 2017 in number of contracts for the year. Last month we passed 2017 in number of home sales. This is an indicator that this home sales will continue to surpass 2017 through the fall.
This is still an excellent time to sell your home if you have been considering it.
