Can you picture the exact home you want to buy?  That's great!  If you can't, don't worry!  Many people can't imagine exactly what they are looking for.  In fact, I think that people need to go through a number of houses to start getting a sense of what they are looking for.   Another challenge can be getting on the same page as your spouse.  

The following form can help you (and your spouse) decide on some specifics.  It will help you think through what is going to be important to you as you start or continue your house hunt.
