What Day of the Week Do the Most Closings Happen?

​The process of selling a home and buying a new one can be stressful especially if you are moving out of one and into the other on the day of settlement.  This means organizing friends and family or movers to help you make this transition.  If you are thinking of making this move, it may be helpful to have an idea of when it is most likely to occur.

So what day of the week to most houses sell?  According to the National Association of Realtors, Friday is the most common day of the week that settlement occurs.
