Spring: A Great Time To List Your Home!

Spring is here and it is a great time to list your house!  And here is a great example of why.  I met the owner of this house, on Portland Drive, to discuss listing the home on the 12th.  We had the marketing complete and the house listed on the 16th.  We had 5 showings and then an offer on the 20th.  

Aside from my marketing strategies, timing is important.  The spring is a great time because a lot of people start shopping for houses.  A lot of sellers hold out on listing their houses until Spring.  So, this naturally leaves buyers who have been shopping all winter and have exhausted the inventory.  They see a new property come on the market and they are ready to act.
