June proved to be a great month for sales!  Here are a few of the highlights:

• June 2015 home sales are up 12% when compared to June 2014.
• The year to date home sales for June 2015 is 10% higher than June of 2014.
• The year to date median sales are up 10% when compared to June of last year. 

• June 2015 home sales are up 12% when compared to June 2014.

• The median sale price increased by 0.3% when comparing June 2014 and June 2015.

• The year to date home sales for June 2015 is 10% higher than June of 2014.

• The year to date median sales are up 10% when compared to June of last year. 
  

• The year to date median days on the market is down 15% when compared to June of 2014.
  

• Inventory is down by 6% when compared to June of 2014.

• The number of contracts in June 2015 is down 13% when compared to June of 2014.

• The 2015 annual pace of contracts is up 6% when compared to 2014.
