Market Report: April 2018

To start, we are still seeing a sellers market.  Buyers, there are some things you can do to help position yourself for competitive houses.  See the link below. 

Something of note is that while the median sales price in April 2018 is significantly higher than the median sales price of April 2017, it is actually significantly lower than the median sales prices of the previous months in 2018.  In January, the median sales price was $220,000.
