Steve discussed his experience with property management and how he and his company are navigating the current rental market. He also provided a lot of insight about his process of finding good tenants plus how he handles difficult ones.

​Steve Stein is a retired real estate broker and the owner of Realty Asset Management, Inc located locally in the Shenandoah Valley. Over the past 40 years Steve has managed and leased thousands of units for individual and corporate investors alike, as well as personally owning and managing his own personal portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In addition to property management, Steve has had an impressive track record as a real estate broker with over $100 million in sales.
