• Review the property information, including any neighborhood restrictions

Yard Sign Options for Sellers

These guidelines are listed on a yard sign that is available to all sellers working with Funkhouser Group. Additionally, there are safety measures listed for property tours as well. These include:

• Not touring the home if you have any COVID-19 symptoms
• ​Limiting the number of people touring to just the decision-makers
• Washing hands/ using hand sanitizer prior to entry and upon exiting
• Wearing a face mask and gloves
• Removing footwear or wearing shoe covers before entering the house
• Not touching any surfaces or using the bathroom while in the house
• Disposing of all protective gear off-site once the tour is complete

Along with the yard signs, Funkhouser Group is offering optional kits that have a face mask and gloves for those who do not have their own protective gear.
