With all the well built real estate websites available, you may wonder why you would want to use the local MLS to find houses?  The truth is, the MLS is the source and all other websites pull information from the source.  That means the MLS has the information first and you know it's accurate.  Agents should double check some of the larger subsidiary to ensure the information on their listings is correct but they don't always do this.
